Hey, Line 6. Model this effect!

I think it's an interesting "Proof of concept" type device and all it's gonna take is some famous artist using it on a recording and... Boom. Lots of people will want one or at least want to try one. It's a different effect but it makes me think of those old oil can echo units. It's unusual things like this that make the creative process more interesting - especially when you've run out of ideas in the recording studio. It' probably has to be used in the dark and that never hurts the creative process.

Oh and Kudos to ZVex for being willing to explore different ideas.

I could see this effect being put to good use on a Fender Rhodes, a Clavinet, a Synth pad or even a B3

When did "weird" become synonymous with "creative"? Just because something is one-of-a-kind, doesn't automatically make it noteworthy or useful. Sometimes weird is just that, weird. And how about the practicality of this device? Open flames in my studio? Thank you, but no. And who in their right mind would drag this thing to a gig? It's got "Oops..." written all over it.

But what do I know, if they partner with the "Pet Rock" guy, maybe they'll sell millions...
