I have Monkey updated, Workbench HD installed, I have a green light on both ends of the Variax USB interface but WB does not see my guitar. I hit re-scan and it does not show up. cruisinon2 Posted March 5, 2016 Share Posted March 5, 2016 I always have to connect everything and open Monkey first, and get that to recognize whatever device I'm plugging in. Then open Workbench, and it recognizes everything. Happens with both the POD and the JTV...don't ask me why. If I try to go directly into Workbench or POD HD Edit, nothing shows up.
