Rack/Control Reset after Updates

Recommended Posts

Firmware update resets:

 

1. Turn off Helix.

2. While holding footswitches 9 and 10 (middle two switches on the bottom row), turn on Helix.

3. Wait for the message “Will reset Globals and restore stock Presets, Setlists and IRs…†to appear and let go.

 

While doing this reset on the Rack/Control, the reset message never shows.

 

I follow the above instructions. Is this a bug on the rack or am I just doing something wrong?

There are different startup sequences for the Rack than for the floorboard:

Thanks!!  I'm not sure how I've missed that watching the forums like a hawk till I got my Helix.  Now, I just setup and play!
