Evorgeloc
With a James Taylor Variax connected via Digital Interface Cable and blue tooth linked IPad running Firehawk software I'm finding when refining Variax tones to work on the FH1500 the amp hangs/freezes and only solution is the switch it off and on again......any ideas anyone. Thank you in anticipation Timon
capdoogie
I think your leading the charge on the variax to fh1500.
diablosblvd
A little off topic, but I had the same problem when I paired my tablet with FH1500 but used the tap button for the tuner on the unit. I had to switch it on/off.
spikey
Im doing the same thing and My FH1500 doesn't freeze. Slow wireless router perhaps? Or maybe you have an issue with the FH1500.

schecterdentist
Evorgeloc, did you resolve this issue? It was happening to me a lot, and I exchanged it for another Firehawk. The second one seems better, but it froze today. I was using JTV89F through a digital cable, FBV2 pedal, and iPhone 6 app. Cheers, Carl
Evorgeloc
Hello Schecterdentist, issue has diminished to occasionally- I switch between apps whilst using Firehawk and the app. repeatedly has to re- link to Firehawk, the IPad/Bluetooth link isn't robust and I think we have to live with it. The Firehawk app. is clunky in itself - I have no doubt in a few years it will be slicker but for now, we have to work around and make do.....
