zerodown83 Posted April 3, 2016 Share Posted April 3, 2016 Hey guys, Ordered a TT this morning (BEFORE finding this forum) based on the Andertons review. Looks super sweet, and was pretty excited to receive it... ...Now it seems that a LOT of people are getting problems. Would I be right in assuming that the unit I receive will need to be updated straight out of the box? If so, does anyone have a link to instructions on the best way to do this (with a MacBook pro). Also, there seems to be a "Device Flash" option on the app (under updates). Can you update the device via the bluetooth connection? Thanks! The vast majority of users who are not having problems don't come here to talk about their lack of problems. Don't anticipate that you will have problems based on this forum; it doesn't represent the average user experience. Yes you should check the firmware on your device to see if it needs updating. Information on how to do that will be included in the documentation when it arrives. You can also find it in the knowledge base here (under the Support tab at the top of this page).
