Hi,

Has anyone had any problems downloading the latest updater using Windows 10. I keep getting a message that the signature of the Updater 1.08 installer.exe is corrupt or invalid. Please give me a idiots guide to fix if possible.

Hopefully

Donald

I would suggest downloading the latest version of the Helix app 1.11.1. It is still marked beta so you will have to check the "Beta" checkbox on the download page. Let it install everything. I don't think it is getting a certificate error, but if it does you can ignore it.

I don't think it does the firmware update. Only the librarian/editor... or am I wrong...?

You are correct, you still need to run the Updater to install the latest firmware but the Helix App will install the latest Windows driver, Updater, and the Editor as long as you leave the checkboxes checked (they are by default).
