insanegtrman
I just got my VA 2 days ago and every time i put it in the 12 string mode on electric or acoustic, the low E and A string have terrible what sounds like fret buzz. I set the intonation I changed the strings. The neck is fine. None of the other Gtr models on my instrument have this problem. It seems that others are having this problem as well. For the price I paid for this thing the quality Control should be Must be needs to be better. Any suggestion on how to fix this problem. amsdenj
Try using Workbench HD to balance the string volumes and ensure the 12-string tunings aren't too far off.
VariRob
Try lowering the magnetic pickups, real low in fact. The magnetic pull seems to mess things up. I've lowered mine and the models and tunings sound way, way better. Hope this helps.
Devonblue
I to was disappointed with the acoustic settings until I changed to an acoustic amplifier, or in my case on a Yamaha THX10C use the acoustic mode. Now it sounds like an electro acoustic, caution it will never sound like a natural wooden acoustic. IMHO it (Strat version) is a very good guitar and well worth the money :)

But you're right - it will never sound like a natural wooden acoustic when you listen to it through an electric guitar amp.

Hell, an actual wooden acoustic won't sound like what it is if you run it through an electric guitar amp...don't know why anyone would think a modeled one would be any different.
