ge31
Hi All, After 8 month of good service, my Helix has got its first issue ;-(, a vertical line of dead pixel on the scribble strips of the footswitch 9, fortunately my Helix is under warranty. Gear4Music takes it in charge and send it to line6 UK for fixing. Attached some pictures. Hope it won't take too long to get it back ... pilottes
After 5 months I now have 2 scribble strips with that problem. So far I don't plan to have them replaced since I don't want to loose it for 2 weeks. As long as it's still perfectly readable.

Will the US dealer stand behind it, seeing as they sold it to you knowing where you were, and it's not exactly cheap?

isdirg1
Don't really want to send back to US for repair as I gig 3-4 times per week and I can't or won't do it without my Helix. I love it. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘👠

Same here. I might be able to get Sweetwater to cross ship one - again!
