Page says to download here http://line6.com/software/ but... can't find how to... After selecting "Helix" from the "All Software" field as silverhead said, click "Go" and you'll be taken to a set of release notes that look kind of like a forum post. But I too do not see how to find the Editor app to place on my Macbook to up load patches. I had no problem when I was using the HD500. I have had the same troubles , spent 5 hrs approx ,doing as above , redoing the update and the global resets etc , only difference is im on windows .
