fflbrgst Posted September 27, 2016 Share Posted September 27, 2016 Have you updated the firmware yet? 1) Disable firewall and anti-virus software. 2) Got to Line6.com and download and install Spider Monkey. 3) Plug in the FBV MkII and update the firmware if Monkey says it needs to update. 4) Plug the amp into the FBV and update its firmware if Monkey says it needs to update. With some O/S Monkey may not recognize the FBV when plugged in, this happened with an old Windows version I had. I used a different computer with a different Windows on it, and was able to update.
