I have a problem with the HD300 pod usb downloading the driver on pc tells me that the device is unknown and I can not connect it to your PC. I have already reset the pod 300. by starting the installation of the drivers from the .exe at one point he tells you that you should see a screen when connect usb HD300 pod asking you to force the installation of the driver for compatibility. to me this pop up, this screen does not open, so I follow the procedure that tells me that the drivers are installed. BillBee Posted October 6, 2016 Share Posted October 6, 2016 More than likely it is a problem with your PC recognizing the HD300 (unless it is a used HD that already had problems).
