Seeing that they both have apps and can load presets are they basically the same amp but with the different speakers or what? I'm sure the amplifi has some more functionality in terms of the use of its app thus having probably different tones than what the spider v has. Someone, on another board, I believe they were from Line 6 said the PM for the project had his team take an extra effort to tweak the presets for Spider V.
