Can't remember the exact working but it basically said not supported. For example all but one of my Glenn Delaune Helix Boutique AmpsSimulation Patches now don't work. Any thoughts? DunedinDragon Posted November 23, 2016 Share Posted November 23, 2016 After the updater rebooted the Helix and rebuilt itself, did you then reboot the Helix again and hold down the buttons to reset the globals before restoring your presets? I did follow the instructions for the update Thanks Mark I didn't see an answer yet to DunnedinDragon's question about whether you did a global reset after this update. Assuming you have, did you ever do a global reset after your prior update (not this latest one) before taking backups? Do these presets not 'work' or did they not load/import? I suppose you could always reflash the firmware and do another global reset and see if everything loads properly. What version of the firmware did you upgrade from, 2.01? Also, I am curious, are you restoring setlists, a bundle, or individual presets?
