I retested and I normally find out from where the problem is so it is a bundle problem of the old version of the firmware 2.10 backup.

If I install it this can cause this problem so erase on the display the tap / tuner function.

It's pretty weird but since I've updated the version 1.12 to 2.11.

Apparently I no longer have this problem of display by completely redesigning my presets on 2.11.

I think the problem is present when the IRs of the sites are reinitialized. Because if presets are with IR backup from the previous version of the firmware too. This must cause this glitch / bug on the TAP function to display.

In edit mode I had a new display glitch on the tap function with the white screen a bit and the word Tap writes further down.I have updated 2.11 offline on line 6 Updater.

To consider that it is necessary to remake all these presets from the 2.11 otherwise you risk having odd problems this producing. After that I do not think it becomes harware but rather software.Because a hardware problem is either it works or not and not it comes back to life on its own ...

For now it remains stable.

The personal IR and the patches below the 2.11 in any case partially cause this problem my unit seems stable for the " But I still test.

In any case for now I do not need to return my unit to my dealer.
