Now sitting down to read through the manuals etc but still trying to figure out a couple of things. Any advice appreciated 1. Is there an edit feature for Chromebooks? 2. How do I get a custom tone (S4E) from my Chromebook to the amp? 3. If not able to use Chromebook, what's the best version of edit software for PC? 4. fflbrgst Posted December 28, 2016 Share Posted December 28, 2016 Hi Rob Which Spider IV model do you have? To connect a Spider IV to a computer, you need to have an FBV MkII Express or Shortboard controller pedal. The amp connects to the pedal with a CAT5 cable, then the pedal connects to the computer by USB. Do not try to connect the amp direct to a computer via CAT5/Ethernet cable.
