Toneport Di-s - Gearbox - Nothing Works

Hey! 

 

I greatly apologize if this has been covered or if this isn't the correct forum to seek help.

 

I have a TonePort DI, running Gearbox.  Though it seems to be connected properly, I not only receive no sound (using the outputs), but nothing seems to work (including the input).  I've read up on audio issues and how to correct them, but they all covered problems with hearing the audio.  My device/pc/software doesn't seem to pick up any sound to begin with, including even the tuner not working.

 

I've tested my cables.  The light on top of my TonePort is green.  I've installed the latest version, drivers, etc.  I honestly have no clue what the problem could be, much less how to go about figuring it out and resolving it.

 

Any info is greatly appreciated.

Not sure about Macs, but if running a PC, you need to make sure the Toneport is selected as your audio device in WIndows.

my light stays red. using newest monkey and gearbox, multiple computers. i used this for a long time and it died a few months ago, desperate, bought the ux2. BUT I MISS MY PLUGINS!!! ANY IDEAS OF HOW TO RECOVER OR RE-FLASH OR RESET THE DEVICE?

Try POD Farm 1.12, unless you are saying you purchased a new POD Studio (black-faced), the use POD Farm 2.5.
