Smashcraaft
Is this the correct nut for a replacement? https://www.thomann.de/de/graph_tech_gt_pt_6010_00_black_tusq_xl.htm?ref=search_rslt_Graph+Tech+Tust_308522 Otherwise provide a GTIN or part-number, please. psarkissian
Black TUS Q XL: BT-6543-00, 1.6" x .6" x .1", with angle slots at 5-degrees, 42.89mm x 7.99mm x5.08mm. The one in the link has a rolling breaking angle, do not use that one. Thump it with your finger nail, if it rings too much or has a hollow sound, it's the wrong density. Should feel similar to Bakelite only more solid. I don't see it on Graph Tech's current list, so as close to a BT-6543 as you can get. Or try to get it through our service partners at Yamaha Euro or an authorized Line 6 service center in your area. They can email me for a part number thru the usual tech request channels.
psarkissian
Simce Full Compass doesn't ship to the Euro, you might want to try All Parts https://www.allparts.com/nuts-and-saddles ... in their nuts and saddles section. Happy hunting and rock on!
Smashcraaft
Just because I am not a native speaker... do I understand you right that the nut used in the JTV-59 is no longer available via the manufacturer and there is no similar replacement in stock at Graph Tech? Where can I find you authorized service centers in Germany for further information?
psarkissian
Not certain about availability in your area. Check with Graph Tech and you're local Line 6 authorized service center. They may be able to get it or point you in the right direction to get it.
Smashcraaft
There is no Lin6 authorized guitar service center in Germany n your map. That's bad. I will contact Graph Tech next...
psarkissian
There's PMS Electronics in Minden and Beats & Bytes in Dietzenbach.
Smashcraaft
There's PMS Electronics in Minden and Beats & Bytes in Dietzenbach. Okay, I do understand  Your filters are crap ("Show only stores with…"). If I apply a filter as stated above (guitar) there is no data. Not one filter works <_< Try it by yourself using "frankfurt" +200 km
psarkissian
A Line 6 authorized service center should be able to get parts and service for any Line 6 product that's still being serviced. Log a support ticket in your account or contact at Tel: +49 (0) 4101 303 0 .

Smashcraaft
Vielen Dank. Bitte geben Sie noch den Fehler mit den nicht funktionierenden Filtern auf der Karte an die Web-Techniker weiter. Einen schönen Abend!
psarkissian
Thanks for letting me practice on you what little bit of Deutsch I still recall from middle school. :) Einen schönen Abend to you too.
