Olliclark_4
So i bought the hd500x recently and am loving it but when i try to practice a whole song with multiple presets being used it shows syncing on the screen as i swap even when i havent changed any presets! im afraid that when i play live it will do this and will make preset changing impossible. My pod is plugged into hd500x edit is that the problem?? please help thanks
BillBee
Well you wouldn't be connected to HDEdit when playing live and the synching occurs when updating like changing patches (sending data to and fro the HD to the PC).
cruisinon2
My pod is plugged into hd500x edit is that the problem?? please help thanks Yes. Patch changes take longer than normal when you've got HD edit running, and you'll see "syncing" across the screen as the POD is communicating with the edit software. Make your changes, save everything, and then close out of HD Edit, and it should return to normal operation. You don't have to disconnect the USB...shutting down the program should be sufficient. pianoguyy
EDIT means edit. It does not mean 24/7 control panel. Trust me, you aren't the first one.
