magneeven Posted January 27, 2017 Share Posted January 27, 2017 I am a new user of Helix (great product) Bought patches and snapshots from Glenn DeLaune - really fantastic products :) Got som "problems" with the patches. It turned out that I had done something wrong when I downloaded the newest updates from Line6 :wacko: Glenn found where the problem was. He is a very great and patient guy, answered my mails quickly. alpag Posted January 27, 2017 Share Posted January 27, 2017 I like his patches, and have almost all of the Helix ones. Really he's gotten better and better results over time. Now he uses his own Tone IRs, and they work very well once dialed in with your sound system.
