Using the Amp Out socket on an Amplifi TT

I'm looking into buying an Amplifi TT mainly to be able to record my guitar onto my PC.  I was looking at the handbook which shows a socket labelled Amp Out.  I would like to know if it is possible to feed this into my old Flextone III power amp to use it as a standalone combo setup.

If it can be done, which socket would I use on the Flextone?  It's the basic 1X12 model without XLR sockets.  I would be grateful for any advice.

Thanks.

You can use the Amplifi TT as your audio interface and record directly to your PC. You don't need to mic your Flextone amp unless you want to. If you do want to mic your Flextone you should probably not use any mic/cab model in your Amplifi TT preset.

Sorry - I'm not familiar with the Flextone amp so can't advise you on the connection.

Thanks for the reply.

I wasn't thinking of micing up the flextone but to just use it as a combo with the Amplifi as the preamp.  It just looks way easier to use the Amplifi app to select tones etc than the flextone and FBV shortboard.  I'm guessing that the sound will be better too as the development since the flextone must have been fairly dramatic.
