One perspective on Helix's Existence

My latest song, and final song, Existence, from my album of the same name. This song wouldn't take the form it does without the existence of Helix. If I had different tools to write it, it would be something completely different, which makes Helix an important part of it, although not the only part. Enjoy and thanks for listening.

Thanks guys! :)

Controlled chaos... I like it!

The Helix as an existential agent... Mind blown. :D

Haha. I hadn't thought of it exactly like that, controlled chaos, but that's an apt, short description of part of what I was musically going for.

This isnt my cup or tea   -BUT-  great tones and great playing  and  GREAT  writing :)

I dont know if you will think this is a compliment or not  - which it most certainly  is  =>   Frank Zappa  would  love  this song and your playing  !!!

Just.  Great.  Stuff.

Organised mayhem!

Excellent stuff.

Rather put me in mind of Sex and Religion era, Steve Vai.

Plus, got to concur with the previous post above from "benifin", something of the Frank Zappa school going on in there.

Having never been a fan of Frank Zappa (maybe I should start listening to his work so I can become one :) ) but reading others talk about him (there was a thread in here about him recently) and an awareness of who he is and Steve Vai's involvement with him, I would most definitely take this as not only a compliment, but of the highest order. Thank You.
