Zhorell
Apologies if this had been ask over a dozen times already.. Does it require to have an POD HD connected to DT50/25 to access the HD Amp models? or it can be done just using the Software only, without POD HD? Another question; I heard about the Tranny problem on DT's, is there a specific serial number batch that doesn't have that problem? looking to get a used DT 50/25.. wolbai
the issues have been addressed in production, and only applies to a certain range of serial numbers. Is this range of serial numbers accessible to existing DT50/212 users like me ? Up to now my DT50/212 works fine and I bought the amp already end of 2010. No, the internal information is not accessible to anyone outside of Line6. however, if you contact line6 they can confirm the status of your individual serial number/numbers.

Zhorell
Try the Contact Us button at the foot of this page. LOL it's like a maze just trying to send an email? I have to open up a ticket?
silverhead
Opening a ticket would be best. It's essentially an email, but gets routed directly to Line 6 tech support and its trouble-tracking system.
