Is this a Helix manufacturing mistake?

I'm glad I'm not alone with this opinion.


Sadly I already got a spare Helix from the retailer, which has the same issue, but this time on both sides.

How would you suggest making Line6 aware of the issue? Is this forum topic enough?


When I had a problem with the Line6 Spider V 240Head Display, the line6 Support ticket was answered with "give it back to the retailer"–
