Hello everybody,

when i connect helix to the pc (win 10) the usb audio volume always is set to 100%.

Is it possible to change this default setting?

(I twice almost blew my ears after starting an mp3...)

Thanks and regards!

I don't think you can change it on the Windows OS side, but you can in the Helix.

Global Settings> Ins/Outs> USB In 1/2 trim. Default is 0dB I think. I set mine anywhere from -20 to -5dB depending on the original source through USB.
