Amcb1234 Posted June 13, 2017 Share Posted June 13, 2017 I run a Blackstar HT100 Stage Amp along with A Blackstar Cabinet This comes with a foot switch which gives you three channels Clear overdrive 1 overdrive 2 and a reverb setting Any ideas with using the helix can I still use the foot switch or do I just take this out and run through Helix LT I look forward to any suggestions Cheers Mac 🎸 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bobruz Posted June 14, 2017 Share Posted June 14, 2017 If you plan to run the Helix as a effects only before the amp you can keep the footswitch. You could however, using 4CM have your Blackstar preamp in a Helix Loop and use it as you do now AND also use all the other modeling options in Helix as well. This config would allow effects before and after the amp. If you use Helix as modeler back into the amp return, the footswitch will not likely have any effect.
