V 120 - setting to normalize speaker tone vs headphone/direct recording

Looking for advise on an V 120 EQ setting that can normalize speaker tone vs headphone/direct recording. When setting up tone with headphones and direct recording to DAW, tone is brighter than through speakers (darker). If setting up tone via speaker, DAW direct recording/headphone tone is much brighter.

Is there a known EQ setting than can be applied to normalize this in either scenario (EQ for when on speaker vs DAW direct recording/headphones) to get the same tone always?
