bobruz
Has anyone gone after modelling up a Wizard amp tone? Maybe a Modern 50/100 or a Classic 100 model.
willjrock
Not sure i see the point in that. As much as i love the sound of them, they are pretty much clones themselvs. Modeling does pretty well, but i dont think it has become good enough to be that specific. I dont know if maybe you though i was being smart but not at all. How do you feel? Do you feel the Wizard has its own identity to where it would be a worthwhile modeling prospect? Do you think modeling has come far enough that the coders can replicate these amps to the point where people can differentiate between a plexi and a plexi clone? Is it worth the effort? Just some random thoughts but all genuine. My opinion is that the Wizard, while great sounding doesnt really have its own identity. The cab may be a worthwhile candidate for an IR. No? shanecgriffo
if wizard is a close copy of the original amp i say what is the point, if it has it's own flavour maybe it's worth persuing
