Thuemi Posted July 24, 2017 Share Posted July 24, 2017 I have the same problem. I have Helix LT and I'm running the editor software 2.21 on two computers. The firmware is 2.21 as well. On one computer it works without problems. On the other computer I get the error message "Helix device not connected". What might be the reason? Thuemi Posted July 24, 2017 Share Posted July 24, 2017 It's not the Port. I get the accustic signal from the computer when I connect it. But the computer cannot recognise the gear (error message: "USB-Gerät wurde nicht erkannt").
