alvin008 Posted August 6, 2017 Share Posted August 6, 2017 While using my two week old Helix today, a thin green line appeared almost dead centre across the screen top to bottom. Anybody seen this before and does anyone know how to get rid of it ??? I've attached a pic below so you can see what it is. Everything else is working as normal. I've tried resetting everything, and updated the firmware again but it looks like it might be a hardware issue ?? I've sent an e-mail to the retailer, so it will probably have to go back but fingers crossed theres a fix out there somewhere !!!! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
