What about the same question relating to Helix? Will my POD HD Pro Patches and Setlists transfer over onto a Heilx? Or will I need to start again from scratch? pianoguyy Posted August 20, 2017 Share Posted August 20, 2017 the 500, 500x, pro, and pro x are all the same unit. There are some minor DSP differences between the x and non-x units, and there are some jack/pedal differences between rack and floor units. But they are the same in terms of coding. The only issue with a transfer of files is the extension they each use. If you drag-n-drop, it isn't a problem. But if you try to use the drop-down box, the computer won't see the files because it looks for a different extension based on which EDIT you are running.
