jimbojamz
my Helix is my sound interface. I use Reaper as my DAW. I can get Native to work but I still hear my clean guitar. I thought I had this working the other day, maybe I just couldnt hear the clean under the distorted, but tonight the only way to get rid of the clean is to turn my helix vol off, which means I cant hear my daw. I still get signal to the channel so if i could just mute the guitar at the helix maybe? TIA Help!
lulu_m
I don't use reaper, but in Cubase i'll have this when I activate 'internal monitoring'. Check to see if reaper has this feature too, and turn it off!
godoq
I'm not in front of my computer so I'm not quite sure. Try to create some kind of "dry" preset with output option of USB 5-6. Then change input channel of your DAW to Input 5-6.
ADBrown
On your Helix change the output block to the desired USB channels, probably 1&2. This should keep the dry guitar sound from passing through Helix and out to your speakers.
