Trouble with POD Studio UX2

I have a UX2, that used to work great. I recently had to reformat my computer, which meant having to reinstall the drivers. After installing the drivers again, I cannot hear any audio on my PC. I have a microphone plugged into the Microphone Input 1/L, the USB is connected between the Audio Interface and my PC, and I have selected "Digital Audio Interface (Line 6 UX2)" as my default device under Sound > Recording. I have made sure to restart my PC in case that was necessary. The UX2 is lit up, the red dot next to the microphone input is on, the dials are as they were before the reformat, and the two "clip" displays are also lit. What steps should I take to troubleshoot this issue?
