Can you plug something else into the headphone jack (doesn't matter if it's a stereo device) and do you get sound coming out of either or both headphone cups? Does the amp work fine other wise? allanridley Posted November 18, 2017 Share Posted November 18, 2017 I have a problem with my new Spider V30 if you don't plug headphones in and then out of the headphone socket I can not get any sound from either speakers or headphones once you plug in and then unplug the headphones the system works without a problem until next power down and again you must carry out the above to get sound. hope this might assist to find out what the problem is cheers.
