The app for Win and Mac also works great. I also like creating my own sound because they are on my own guitars when I tweak them. Plenty of presets from factory to get base tones and effects as reference. Just change amp models, cabs, mics and see what you like more. It will connect for a moment but when I try to do anything like change tones through the app, it either won't respond or my phone will reboot all by itself. What am I doing wrong? thorneven Posted December 25, 2017 Share Posted December 25, 2017 I have the Note 8 and a V 240 and have no problems. I won't venture a guess as to what's wrong in your scenario. OK, a few guesses... it's some setting in your phone or the download was incomplete or the cable is bad. Try uninstalling and reinstalling. Try a different cable. It works fine with the app and the included OTG connector. Some users report the use of a different OTG (on the go) connector and that fixes problems with other Samsung phones as well.
