bockerick1988 Posted November 27, 2017 Share Posted November 27, 2017 I just picked up a Firehawk FX from GC today and I went to power it up but nothing seems to be happening. The A light is lit and the display back light is on but i cant get it to do anything else. I think it was an open box item because when they give it to me it looked like it was open but they assured me it was fine. I could be doing something wrong but i have done the factory reset, holding the volume button and the tap switch while turning it on, and i have tried the pedal calibration. ADBrown Posted November 27, 2017 Share Posted November 27, 2017 Hi Erick, if the unit is unable to change presets or toggle on/off effects then it sounds like your best bet would be bringing it back to GC and exchanging it. Did you attempt to plug into the unit and play? If so, did any sound come through? Did you attempt to connect to your Firehawk via bluetooth and the Firehawk app?
