tej0CZ Posted January 22, 2018 Share Posted January 22, 2018 Hello guys, I bought Spider V last week, I'm very satisfied with the amp and the abilities it offers, but I encountered an issue when trying to download presets from customtone. I've registered my amp, added receipt and everything necessary, but when I try to download presets It shows me message attached below everytime. Do you know what could be the problem? pber2025 Posted January 22, 2018 Share Posted January 22, 2018 On Spider V you can download tone from the Tone Cloud, not from customtone. You can do it from Spider Remote on your Android or iOS device.Just look for the Tones icon at the bottom of the screen.
