Rockitglider Posted February 17, 2018 Share Posted February 17, 2018 Hello, I can't download the new firmware, when I select the Agree and Download the page tries to load but ends p in a jumbled mess of characters all over the page and never gives me the download switch. Please help, do I need to use a different browser or something? I'm using windows 8.1 and Internet Explorer BTW, as far as I know I'm up to date on all. thorneven Posted February 28, 2018 Share Posted February 28, 2018 Definitely try different browsers, but it sounds like it has something to do with codecs or whatever it is in a browser that decides how to interpret files you want to access. I don't know enough about the topic. I would try finding in the options menu an item that allows you to restore the browser defaults and try again. Beyond those 2 ideas, I can't think of anything. It seems your browser thinks you want to view the file and not download it. I've experienced the symptoms you observe once in a while and I find if I try again, it usually works.
