What are you trying to do? Have you read the docs for Reaper and AG03? Are you using the AG03 as your recording interface? Are you able to record non Helix tracks OK? What have you tried and what is not working? Lots of questions, but those come before the answers.

I wish to use it for live performance, installed ASIO Yamaha drivers and enabled in Reaper, I have created a track and armed it, enabled Helix VST, enabled monitor ON on track, levels are ok,...everything seem to work but I hear a lot of noise and distorted sounds.

Yes I am sure, and anyhow reverb and EQ works only on MIC input on AG03.

I tried with Studio One 3 and everything is working now, but I still have to much noise.

I think that I just need to better understand how to setup volume levels on guitar, PC, USB interface and ampli...any suggestion?

Another question, do I need to use Native in combination with any EQ inside the DAW?

Not really. First use your Helix Native EQ in the amps or perhaps afterwards (usually a little low cut and some high cut somewhere).  After you get the guitar track just the way you like it with Helix Native, you may want to use some light compression and EQ on the track later just like you would with other tracks to get them to sit in the mix.
