cannot scan my pod gx

Hi I just bought a pod gx and I installed all the drivers on my Mac still the Line6 monkey says that the drivers need to be installed. Also, the line6 license manager is not able to snag my pod gx when I am connecting it to my laptop.

Can anyone please tell me what the problem is??

i'm having the same problem. The gx is registered but the license manager doesn't find it on my mac when sacnning. We would appreciate some help please...
