Can't seem to view this page on my phone.

Recommended Posts

I've been having issues trying to view the whole Helix forum for the last few days.  I can get to the forum lists of different categories, and I can view the firehawk one....but Helix will not display at all.

Likewise. I have to clear the browser cache and log back in each time I want to access the forum. I was able to access it with a private browsing tab in Firefox as well. This has been the case on my phone and iPad, no problem with the desktop computer.

Yeah, my iphone and even my work computer couldn’t get access. Started to get the shakes and started to go through withdrawal. I was mess! Thanks god it’s back and I continue with my unhealthy obsession.

They must be reworking the mobile version as my laptop has no issues with the site.

I am not convinced this is solely from reworking the mobile version although that is certainly possible. Too many people including myself have been having intermittent outages for the last few days on their PCs, Macs, laptops, etc..

For me both were busted for a couple days, then desktop came back but not mobile. Then on my phone I switched to the desktop site and back, now both are working.

Frank said on TGP that they were aware of problems, and were upgrading some stuff on their end.

I was having issues as well...

I kept going into settings/privacy/clear browsing history, cookies, etc.

Didn't work, but I neglected to notice the selectable date range (today's date-last week-all)

Once I select ALL it fixed it. For now

Hmm, I got exactly the same message but without the 3rd line. ;)
