HonestOpinion
So... what's the consensus? Thanks. HX Edit 2.52 and Firmware(flash) 2.53 are the latest "matched" pair currently.
spikey
My Helix froze up on boot once, and then I was told these are not the droids you are looking for.
talwilkins
Consensus about what? The lastest version is the latest version, what is there to debate, go look in the download section and find your answer? 1

DunedinDragon
I'm on HX Edit 2.52 and FW 2.53 which should be the latest.
VirtualGuitars
I love how the latest version of HX Edit is 2.52 and the firmware is 2.53 - YET - unless you actually click on the download page and drill down to your hardware/software, it shows 2.50 as the latest version (see attachment). This is a manual update to the root download page, but still...
talwilkins
I'm on HX Edit 2.52 and FW 2.53 which should be the latest. That would prabably be the lastest version to be found in the download area. People, it's no rocket science. Line6 publishes the updates on the download page. The latest version is to be found on top. No mystery. Don't get confused because of different version numbers. When they publish an update to the firmware because of a few bugs (2.53) that are not an issue in HX Edit (2.52) they don't need to publish a new version of HX Edit so it stays 2.52

VirtualGuitars
The Line 6 download is still indexed for v2.50. See my post above with screenshot. It's no biggie, especially if you use the Line 6 Updater tool to download the newest firmware as opposed to downloading it manually - which is best practice. jbuhajla
 I mean, are there any issues, serious problems, glitches, whatever? I'm on 2.50 still and none of the "known bugs" effect me in any way. If you use MIDI or amp switching, then you may want to bump up to 2.53

talwilkins
 I mean, are there any issues, serious problems, glitches, whatever? Ah, so! Sorry about the misunderstanding :) As far as I can tell it works fine, although ther are bound to be a few bug in there still.

kylotan
Any indication that the weirdness with the mix level and the stereo space on the new reverbs has been addressed?
