highline-2004 3 Posted March 25, 2018 I am experiencing strange behavior when I attempt to work with snapshots. I have followed the manual but it's not doing what the manual says it should. I press both preset button simultaneously, and it shows all four snapshots blinking... Then if I click a snapshot, it kicks me back to the presets. I've attached a movie to show what's going on... silverhead 8,865 Posted March 26, 2018 Maybe this snip from the manual (pg14) is relevant: NOTE: If you don’t want Snapshot footswitches to disappear after selecting one, set "Global Settings > Footswitches" > Knob 4 (Snapshot Mode Switches) to “Manual Return.” In this case, Helix stays in Snapshot footswitch mode until you press FS6 (CANCEL). 1 1 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
