markg87
Ive been recording with the pod gx for years with no problem until i recently got a new guitar. It has passive pickups but I guess theyre louder than all my other guitars because ive never had this problem before. When I record I have the signal split wet/dry. My wet signal is fine but my dry signal is clipping because the input volume is too high. As far as I know theres no way to turn the input volume down on the pod gx or within pod farm. Am I wrong? How would I go about controlling the volume of my dry signal before it gets to the DAW?
Gaz_Ham
When you load podfarm plug in interface within your DAW, there is an input volume dial on the top left hand corner. have you tried that?
fflbrgst
One solution would be to put a stompbox pedal (one without full bypass) to act as a buffer. This works with active pickups, so should also solve your problem.
