hx effects HX effects buttons not working

i'm Korean(and i'm living in Korea) and please understand my bad english ability......

 

i got my hx effects today morning

and first try firmware update

and fair

and try other method

and succese

(i put usb cable to my PC's mainboard socket)

now my hx version is 2.54

but any press buttons not working

(save/home/menu/all knob's press...  except left right arrow buttons

before update it work well...)

i can't do anything............

how can i fix it?????

Hold down the two footswitches in the lower right hand corner (Tap and the one to the left of it) while powering up. This will reset the unit.

I guess I would try sending the update again. If that doesn’t work, open up a support ticket.

is that common method?

by line6 updater?

oh and one more check

i guess that download the flash file and then update by line 6 updater is more stability

but 2.54 flash file download link is seem break..

(later i try again with google chrome,can download 2.54 and can update well,but same condition) 

and 2.50 is download well

update that file is succes(2.50)

but

also my HX don't work fine
