Line 6 M5 pot position and value not in sync

I bought a second hand Line 6 M5 a while ago and I noticed that the position of the pots don't match the absolute value it should give. For example, when I'm using the Pitch Glide, when I turn the pitch knob all the way down, it gives me -24.0 as value, but when I turn it all the way up, it gives 23.5 as max value, and I can't get beyond that value.

 

I discovered the factory test mode and played a bit around with this, and apparently all my potmeters do turn all the way down 0% (shows a 1 because succesful), but none of them turns to 100% (See attachment, all the pots show a 0 as right digit).

 

Is there any way I can calibrate my pots? I've done multiple factory resets but they don't seem to help.
