Helix LT changes to delay or some other effect when scrolling through IRs?

Whenever I scroll through the IRs with the leftmost bottom knob, it switches to another effect, such as delay. Is this a bug? I just bought this used so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if this is a defect in the unit. I actually just noticed as I'm typing this that this happens with other things too, not just IR scrolling. It also happens with all the knobs under the screen too.

Just a thought... I know when I'm changing parameters on the Helix itself, it's not uncommon for my arm or wrist to touch one of the capacitive buttons thus changing what I am currently trying to adjust. Are you certain that this isn't happening?
