spindlebox
Hello, 2nd post here today, sorry for the persistence, just thought of something else. Has anyone successfully used Pod Farm 2 as a plugin; i.e., guitar tones on a DI guitar or Bass? If so, how? I use Reaper usually, and even though I have Guitar Rig 5 it would be cool to use some of these sounds. I could certainly do it the hardware way by using sends/returns but was wondering if there was another way. Cheers, Scott
Gaz_Ham
It should come as a plug-in with your ux8. It should just be a case of installing it as a plug in
fflbrgst
Yes, I use it all the time for DI-ed bass, and occasionally, as well, for DI-ed guitar. As long as its installed as a plug-in (rescan your VSTs in Reaper if you don't see it), you just insert it on a track.
spindlebox
YES! I should have deleted this post, because I remembered that when I installed Pod Farm, I chose my DAW's VST folder. It ALL came up in my DAW so I'm totally stoked to have all of this to use not only LIVE and DURING TRACKING but for mixing as well. What a deal! Especially since I got it for free (or rather, for a trade of two hardly used effect pedals, a DS-1 and Big Muff).
