What you can do is to copy an entire setlist (or just one preset) in HX edit and then save your changes. The fact the Helix allows complex signal chains with multiple amps/cabs/IRs would make it pretty tricky to have these sort of global options. Basically, other units can do it because they have a dedicated slot where the amp/cab model always goes. There's no such thing on the Helix. You can put the amp/cab models anywhere you want them in the signal chain. So having fewer global options is the trade-off for having more flexibility elsewhere.
