swazer16 Posted June 23, 2018 Share Posted June 23, 2018 Have a bass pod xt and want to record bass through USB on audacity windows 10. I have installed all latest drivers and software, audacity recognises the pod as recording device, record settings and output on pod at max but recording volume is low and left channel is half the recording level of right channel, any ideas? daveny5 Posted July 5, 2018 Share Posted July 5, 2018 Look at the left side of the track in Audacity. Is the L to R slider set to the middle? That would explain the difference in the left to right volume. Also, move the - to + slider all the way to the right to maximize the signal recorded.
