Rocco_Crocco
I had a successful update, and followed the instructions to the letter. No new distortions. What'd I do wrong? I seem to remember an additional step to the update process where I had to restart Helix while holding a couple switches down, but I don't want to do that this time because it wasn't in the instructions. hefonthefjords
Are you looking on the actual unit or through HX Edit? If you are using HX Edit, you will also need to update HX Edit before you will see them there. I noticed the same thing.

jdag
I had the same issue...updated HX Edit and it was solved! It was confusing at 1st because HX Edit properly indicated that the connected Helix was on v2.60.
